DESCRIPTION:
The ETP-LSM (Line Seizure Module) allows a Talk-A-Phone Emergency Phone
to share a phone line. When an emergency phone is activated the ETP-LSM
seizes the phone line, interrupting the non-emergency conversation so
the emergency call can proceed.
