CONFINED SPACES

Sellstrom/RTC® provides versatile fall protection and emergency rescue systems to meet your confined space needs. On our tripods, the triple hanging plate provides a fall protection anchorage for the user and the attendant. The absence of leg chains reduces the tripping hazard near the confined space opening. The Extricator® Series of self-retracting lanyards is equipped with an emergency rescue winch. Extricator are available with lengths of up to 140 ft. HORIZONTAL LIFELINE SYSTEMS

Sellstrom/RTC Permacable® is pre-engineered,synthetic cable. It is lightweight (only 15 lbs. per 100 ft.), strong (tensile strength 16,000 lbs.) and has an excellent resistance to weather and chemicals. The Sellstrom/RTC SkyGirder™ post system is a prefabricated anchorage for horizontal lifelines. The 9900 Railwalker® is a permanent rail system used on ledges, runways and the like. TEMPORARY LIFELINE SYSTEMS

The 9450 Beamwalker System is a temporary, polyester rope horizontal lifeline system.
It is easily installed with a wrench, either at D-ring height or directly overhead. The system can be installed between vertical columns or used with other Sellstrom/RTC horizontal lifeline post systems.
