EntryWay Security Products, LLC (ESP) Warrants this product to the Original
Purchaser, for one year from the date of purchase, against defects in material
and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover any failure due to: accidental or intentional
damage, misuse or abuse, external or internal alterations, or improper installation.
ESP disclaims all liability for any other direct, incidental, or consequential
damages alleged to be caused by a defective product. ESP will not be responsible
for personal injury, property damage or any other monetary damage, other
than repairing or replacing the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation
or exclusion may not apply to you.
Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties including the implied warranties
of fitness and merchantability for a particular purpose, are limited in
duration to one year from the date of retail purchase. Some states do not
allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations
may not apply to you.
For returns under warranty:
1. Carefully pack the EntryWay System (include all accessories), in a suitable
shipping carton. Use protective padding to avoid injury to the EntryWay
System during shipment.
2. Include your original proof of purchase along with your Name, Address
and Telephone number. Also include a note of the problem that needs repair.
(Replacement products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty
period.)
3. Ship product, Prepaid, by insured Parcel Post or insured United Parcel
Service (UPS) to:
