* The Concrete Horizontal Lifeline system comes with everything needed and is installed with no special tools or equipment, just a standard torque wrench
* System fits 3/4" dia. shear connector studs, most rebar configurations, #3 to #6 rebar and both 2.5" to 12" center to center, and I-beams with flange widths of 10" to 25" and 1/2" to 3" thick.
* Allows complete freedom of movement and protection for two workers per span up to 4 workers per system for complete versatility
* Provides 100% tie-off, once connected you can traverse the entire length without disconnecting for added safety
* Flexible single span systems for distances up to 60 ft., multi-span systems are available to provide unlimited distances for complete versatility
* Complete with two stanchions with built-in fastening system for quick and easy installation, they are adjustable from vertical 20 degrees left or right for easy passage, or completely horizontal for transportation to the jobsite
* Cable assembly includes the Zorbit™ energy absorber with turnbuckle for added safety and tensioning of the system
* System length = 60 ft. (20, 30, 40, and 50 ft. systems are also available)
* Meets or exceeds all applicable industry standards including OSHA and ANSI.
This horizontal system is an excellent choice for contractors who work on various structural projects including concrete and steel. Designed with the help of craftsmen in the field, this system gives you an easy-to-install tie-off point before decking or other fall protection is available.
The system is completely adjustable offering greater flexibility from work site to work site. Position the system almost anywhere on the beam for both fall protection and for use as a hand-rail for balance - for up to two people per span or 4 people per system. Installing the system is quick and easy, requiring just a standard torque wrench. Each lightweight stanchion, mounts at a 20 degree angle from the base to keep it out of the way while walking the beam.
