For the SECOND YEAR through the useful life of our products, Diamond Corporation will repair or replace all defects in materials or workmanship (except for light bulbs and ballast ) AT NO COST TO YOU. All YOU pay for is the shipping costs to and from our facility. This warranty applies ONLY to our products and Diamond Corporation will not be responsible for any other losses or damages of any kind resulting from or in equipment failure. Diamond Corporation also specifically excludes from its warranty any responsibility for any special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from or in equipment failure. This warranty is VOID if the product has been misused, abused or tampered with and the product is not in its original condition as manufactured.
